Matt and Lisa Weaver, co-senior pastors River Church and business owners

Matt & Lisa Weaver are the co-founders of River Church and The Portal School of Creativity and Innovation. They share a life-long vision to see the goodness of God made evident in the people around them and are committed to empowering people to access heaven’s creative solutions for every area of life.

The Weavers are also entrepreneurs and own a successful the estate management business, Crystal River Investments, llc

Lisa is a gifted teacher and the President of Tree of Life Ministries, a non-profit devoted to teaching personal development in a variety of settings, including the local jail. Lisa published a book, “Beautiful Destiny,” in 2010. Her passion is to raise up fearless followers of Christ to carry the glory of God to the ends of the earth.

Matt is a gifted communicator, musician and worship leader. He is currently working on a book series on Kingdom Economics. He holds a Masters of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary, and worked on a Masters of Biblical Studies at Seattle Pacific University.

Katherine Allen

Katherine Allen, Owner and Brand Ambassador for Allen Global Companies and Allen Filters, inc.

With over twenty-five years of experience in executive management and leadership in a highly technical manufacturing business, Katherine Allen has significant experience in a variety of industry sectors coupled with experience working with foreign dignitaries on various facets of international trade.  Since 1999, Allen has served as president and CEO of Allen Filters, Inc.  In 2014, Allen accepted a majority asset buy-out and transitioned to a role as a brand ambassador to Allen Global Companies, a marketing and branding organization.  She retains ownership of Allen Filters, Inc.

Most recently, she has served as a Manufacturing Advocate and Strategic Advisor to the CEO of the Missouri Association of Manufacturers, as well as providing advisory services to start-up and small businesses.

Katherine Allen was bestowed the prestigious Manufacturing Ambassador of the Year Award from the Missouri Association of Manufacturers in 2015, along with many other awards, including the Global Business Person of the Year Award from Growing Global/World Trade Center of Saint Louis in 2009; the Missouri Department of Economic Development, Director’s Exporter of the Year Award in 2009; and the US Small Business Administration’s Exporter of the Year Award in 1990.  She was profiled in the article Five Women Who Run International Manufacturing Companies, appearing in the August 2014 issue of International Business News magazine.  Appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to the Missouri District Export Council (MODEC), she is a past chairperson and current member.
