A weekend course that gets the startup entrepreneur to understanding the importance of having a greater purpose in mind for the business that goes beyond the bottom line. During the weekend, we will also cover the following essentials for the startup:

  • Succession (it’s not too early)

A three month course that will be a hands on approach in assisting the purpose led entrepreneur to building their business plan that will set them up for long term success. Over the course of three months, various subject matter experts will cover the following topics:

  • Creating an innovative product/service
  • Develop your value based pricing strategy
  • Build a sales forecast
  • Develop a marketing plan and sales funnel
  • Create an organizational structure
  • Define your succession plan
